We’re looking for a skilled Customer Service Manger to cover Maternity Leave for a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be looking after a team of 3/4 Customer Service Advisors who deal with all customer enquiries for our Young Writers brand. Although the department is small it’s at the heart of our business and deals with around 1000 calls and 700 emails per week. We’re looking for someone who can take ‘the bull by the horns’ and jump straight in.
The main responsibilities include;
Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in a positive and professional manor
Tracking service levels within the department and putting forward ideas for improvement
Producing monthly reports for the company directors on the activity within the department
Making suggestions for improvements where needed within the department
Managing the Customer Service team to ensure they fully trained and happy in their roles
Reviewing and updating procedures where needed within the department to ensure it is running as efficiently as possible.
