Temporary Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer Service Team on a temporary basis to assist with an extremely busy time within the company.

W.I.P is a fast paced department looking after 4 different Bonacia brands Leavers’ Books, Nursery Resources, School Products and The Magic Chair. The successful candidates will be communicating with a wide range of customers from teachers and parents to nursery managers and workers via email, telephone and online chat.

The main duties required for this customer service role include, answering the telephone, replying to emails, processing orders and ensuring customers are smiling when they get off the phone. Our aim is to always provide the highest level of customer service.

On top of the usual duties we like to mix it up a bit and add more variety to the day. So the successful person(s) will find themselves sending sample and proof requests and liaising with other department throughout the company. Our ideal team member would;

  • Have amazing customer service skills (obviously)
  • Be a good team player with common sense
  • Have fantastic organisational skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have previous customer service experience (this would be great but is no essential)

How long is the position for?

The position will run from the earliest date the successful candidate can start to around the 11th August 2017, with our teams and departments growing at a rapid rate strong candidates’ may be taken on a permanent basis.
