We’re recruiting for an experienced Department Manager who will look after the operations, customer care and development strategies for the following brands; 

  • Leavers’ Books
  • The Magic Chair
  • School Products

The role includes;

People Management

  • Recruiting, training and engaging a temporary and permanent customer care team

Operations
  • Manage and make suggestions for improvements to our in house administrative systems
  • Working closely with our production team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time & to the highest possible standard  
  • Working closely with our marketing team to maximise sales
  • To collate and analyse customer feedback
  • To create end of year reports for Directors
Customer Care
  • To ensure the SLA standards are set and met by the team
  • To resolve customer issued where required
  • To build positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business

  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence to resolve customer complaints when required
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations
  • Good communication skills, written and oral

Salary Range between £20,000 & £25,000 per year
