We’re looking for an amazing customer service person to join our small, but fantastic customer service team.
The role is for our Young Writers brand so most of the people you’ll get to talk to will be parents or teachers of children who are being published. Young Writers is part of the Bonacia family, which is a larger company where we have just over 100 staff working at our office/production facility in Woodston.
The main duties are what you would expect from a customer service role; answering the phone, emails and online chats, giving a high standard of customer service, ensuring customers are smiling when they finish their interaction with you.
On top of the ‘usual’ duties we like to mix it up a bit and add more variety to the day. So the successful person will find themselves helping with other responsibilities from admin and filing to assisting our Marketing Department with different tasks.

•Previous customer service experience would be great – but not necessary

•We offer pay increases related to performance twice every year!
Salary £15,500 - £16,500
Full time – 40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8am and 5.30pm
