We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer Service team.

Book Printing UK is a fast paced department that works with a wide range of customers to assist them with their printing requirements.

Giving amazing customer service is at the heart of the brand; we’re not a call centre and we won’t be timing your toilet breaks! Instead we’re looking for someone who loves going the extra mile for their customers and is passionate about giving the best service they possibly can whilst having fun! 

Responsibilities of BPUK Customer Service Advisor;

·        Communicating with a wide range of customers including authors, publishers and businesses via email, in-bound calls & online chat to assist them with their printing needs

·        Delivering outstanding service to all customers

·        Managing your own customer base, building relationships and wow-ing them with your expertises

·        Taking payments, processing orders and dealing with your customer’s project from start to finish

Essential skills for success;

·        Amazing customer service skills (obviously)

·        Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written

·        A good team player with common sense

·        Self motivated, confident and enthusiastic

·        Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines

·        A love for taking responsibility for customer concerns and finding resolutions

·        A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude

Additional information;

Contract – Permanent

Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Salary - £16,500
