BPUK Customer Service Adviser
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer
Book Printing UK is a busy, fast paced department. The successful
candidate will be communicating with a wide range of customers such as aspiring
Authors, Publishers & Businesses via email, telephone and online chat.
The main duties required for this customer service role include,
answering the phone, replying to emails, generating quotations, processing
orders and ensuring customers are smiling when they get off the phone.

and we won’t be timing your toilet breaks! Instead we’re looking for someone
who loves going the extra mile for their customers and is passionate about giving
the best service they possibly can whilst having fun!
Essential Skills for Success……..
- Amazing customer service skills (obviously)
- Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
- A good team player with common sense
- Self motivated, confident and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure
