We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer Service team.

Book Printing UK is a busy, fast paced department. The successful candidate will be communicating with a wide range of customers such as aspiring Authors, Publishers & Businesses via email, telephone and online chat.

The main duties required for this customer service role include, answering the phone, replying to emails, generating quotations, processing orders and ensuring customers are smiling when they get off the phone.

Giving amazing customer service is at the heart of the brand; we’re not a call centre and we won’t be timing your toilet breaks! Instead we’re looking for someone who loves going the extra mile for their customers and is passionate about giving the best service they possibly can whilst having fun!

    Contract – Permanent

    Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

    Salary - £16,500
