We’re recruiting for a passionate Customer Service Apprentice to join our small but fantastic team, Young Writers mission is to help promote a love for creative writing for children of all ages, we work closely with schools both in the UK and USA to give them the resources required to help students develop a love for literacy.

Giving fantastic customer service is at the heart of all top businesses and completing a customer service apprenticeship will give you the core skills and experience required for a solid foundation for your career.

You’ll become part of the Bonacia family, we’re a relaxed and supportive environment which is perfect for building your confidence in the workplace. Being a smaller team means you’ll have one2one training and the opportunity to get involved with lots of different areas of the business to enhance your skills.

As well as in-house training you’ll be enrolled on a Level 2/3 Customer Service apprenticeship delivered via Heart of England Training, you’ll have 20% off the job training time to work towards to successful completion of your qualification. 

What you’ll learn throughout your apprenticeship;

  • How to give first class customer service via phone, email and written letters
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Administrative knowledge and experience using an in-house data base
  • Collaborative working across internal departments
  • Problem solving skills
  • Managing customer expectations

Additional Info;

  • Contract: 12-month Apprenticeship (initial contract)
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: £9,750.00 (£5 per hour)
