We’re on the hunt for a Department Manager to join Bonacia looking after the operations, customer service and growth strategies for the following business brands;

  • Leavers’ Books
  • School Products
  • Nursery Resources
  • The Magic Chair

This is a diverse role, perfect for a motivated individual that enjoys managing all of the essential elements it takes to build a successful brand. As well as applying your operational edge to our internal processes you’ll also have the opportunity to show your creative flare working closely with our marketing team to grow our Leavers Books customer base. Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active manager, able to organise larger projects whilst also being hands-on and happy to get into the mix and give exoccipital service to our customers when needed.

With the successful candidates overseeing all of these varied elements project management and organisation are key to success within this role. The department brands have huge potential and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the educational printing section of Bonacia ltd.

 Additional Information

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
  • Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on skills and experience)
