Nursery Resources mission is to help childcare settings save time, money and become Ofsted outstanding by providing printed resources that assist children’s development, encourage positive parental partnerships and ensure settings meet the EYFS standards. Nursery Resources is a well-established brand within the Early Years sector and this role will give you the opportunity to help thousands of settings across the UK.
We’re recruiting for a hands-on department manager to look after the Nursery Resources brand. This role will be both operational and strategic and give you the opportunity to use your early years skills and knowledge to develop Nursery Resources to ensure it remains a leader in its field.
Customer service/administration- You’ll be the voice of Nursery Resources assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders and ensuring all customers have a positive experience when working with Nursery Resources
Product Development - you’ll use your knowledge of the Early Years sector to update and introduce new products to the NR range in line with the brands mission
Marketing - you’ll produce informative monthly newsletters and social media posts for our customers, keeping them up to date with relevant information
Implementing strategic plans - you’ll work closely with the MD to develop and implement growth plans for the NR brand
Our ideal candidate will;
Hold an EYFS qualification
Have worked as a deputy manager within a childcare setting or be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of childcare settings requirements
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be passionate about the Early Years sector and helping childcare settings reach their full potential
Have confidence in their abilities and be able to work independently seeking assistance when required
This role will give a lot of autonomy to the right candidate, while you’ll work with other members of the wider business we’re looking for an expert in the EYFS field that’s not afraid to jump straight in and make their mark.
Working hours - ideally full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday although this can be negotiated
